All SCGA Junior members are given Supervised status upon completion of the online curriculum. An adult must accompany SCGA Junior members at all times when utilizing the program.
To receive Unsupervised status, a golfer must be at least 13 years of age and have an established Handicap Index. An Unsupervised golfer has proven that they have the golf ability and maturity to go to a facility on their own. This means that a golfer can play a round of golf at a normal pace of play, understands the rules of golf and appropriate golf etiquette. To request unsupervised status, please have a golf coach or local course professional complete this form and return it to SCGA Junior for review via fax (818-508-6729) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).

Please contact email@example.com to inquire about the status of membership or call 818-980-3630 and ask to speak with the Youth on Course department.
