Why do you like coaching golf to juniors?

Golf connects the dots for kids. Like any sport, golf teaches kids responsibility, discipline, how to apply yourself and helps you face challenges, but in golf you are fully accountable for yourself and you know your own mistakes, which often lacks in team sports.

Golf really has the ability to teach kids that you must work hard for what you want and that things don’t always go as planned.

What is the best part of working with kids?

Early in high school I had this one teacher who really motivated me to be better in school, it was the first time someone showed me that I could be somebody and do something with my life. I want to do the same for the kids I coach.

You can always improve yourself and learn more, working with these kids helps me to be the best person I can be. I just want to get a smile back from the kids and know I made someone’s day.
