Meet Our Instructors

Chad has more than 16 years of experience in the golf industry. A two-time All-American at the University of Southern California, Chad turned professional in 1998, spending time on the Web.com, Australasian and Canadian Tours, with his most notable win being at the Canadian PGA Championship in 2000.

In 2007 Chad turned his focus to sharing his knowledge and experience and began teaching at River Ridge GC in Oxnard. He is also the Assistant Golf Coach at Ventura Community College.

Why do you like to coach?

“So I can help students reach their goals. For some that may be breaking 100 and for others it’s shooting under par. Either way, I really get a thrill out of seeing their excitement when they succeed.”

What’s your dream golf foursome?

“Bobby Jones, Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and myself.”
